  5. 5. <ul><li>Combination of Public/Private partnerships were very attractive to the RUS </li></ul><ul><li>In each case U-reka was able to facilitate the relationship between the public and private partners </li></ul><ul><li>Projects where partner was an existing Telco will be much easier to implement and meet timelines </li></ul><ul><li>Many public sector groups realize they do not want to be a service provider but will facilitate a network deployment </li></ul>
  6. 6. <ul><li>Different than other consultants who work in the municipal space we believe that Telco’s can effective partners </li></ul><ul><li>We have extensive operational expertise that allows us to be an independent third-party to negotiations </li></ul><ul><li>We have developed a relationship with Blandin Foundation that assists in facilitating feasibility studies for these projects </li></ul><ul><li>We are much more interested in deploying projects, not just writing a study </li></ul>
