 FLIR Instrument Management Team member responsible for $200m IR camera product
line and Test & Measurement product lines sold to into industrial and building
diagnostic markets around the world. Responsible for driving distribution and
marketing strategies and supporting product roadmap development.
o Launched new FLIR T & M product brand into electrical test and moisture
measurement markets growing worldwide sales from zero to over $10 million in
two years without eroding sales of value brand product line.
o Grew market share over 15% in electrical trades based distribution.

o Grew business an average of 12% each year (despite 11% decline in 2009
recession) while maintaining gross margins in excess of 63% and sales expenses
at 10% of revenues.
o Initiated new scientific sales organization specializing in sales of high
performance infrared cameras to universities, DOD test ranges and industrial
research laboratories.
o Transformed sales organization from 100% direct team to a new team that
invoiced the majority of its revenues through distribution in four years.
o Assumed the primary role in the acquisition of Extech Test and Measurement
business and integrated sales and marketing organizations in 2008.
o Established Brazilian subsidiary in 2006 and achieved compound annual growth
of 31% in Latin America between 2005 and 2012. Realized over 25% CAGR for
operating income during the same period.
o Introduced infrared imaging into the new moisture remediation markets
leveraging innovative marketing strategies and an aggressive business
development initiative.
o Assumed primary role in identifying and developing new Optical Gas Imaging
