Hello, my names is tamir, today I will talk about how to write a good effective e-mail
My presentation has 2 main parts.
Give the message a subject/title. E-mail messages without a subject may not be opened because of fear or viruses
The choice of using the first name or last name depends on who you are writing to.if you are writing to a senior or you are in doubt you should definitely use his/her family name
Start with a clear indication with what the whole e-mail is about in the first paragraph. Fill in all the details for the following paragraphs.Make sure that the final paragraph indicates what should happen next
Use politeness phrases
If you use and attachment make sure the file name describes the content, and is not too general
If you didn’t put a comma after the greeting in the beginning, then do not put a comma after the ending either.
The clearer your intention, the focused you wiil be
People want to know what you need from them.state it clearly using minimal words. If no action or reply needed. State that also. No reply needed
Make sure the incentives are realistic, the exchange is fair, and ther truly are benefits to the recieverPut yourselve in their shoes. Would you act on the offer?
Using short words as possible introduce who you are context if necessary Being brief it doesn’t mean you have to be boring
