Responsibilities:
• Working as Shift Lead for Altisource NOC - IT Infrastructure Management is responsible for the
following:
• Managing a team of 5 Network Engineers working primarily to resolve network outages.
• Working on network devices and server alerts received on the monitoring tool.
• Tools used are Whats Up Gold (WUG), Nagios, HP Open View & Cisco Prime Infrastructure.
• Working closely with the Problem Management team on day to day tasks & activities.
