for planning, instructing and evaluating a
teaching programme.

 To utilize the better talents and
interests of teachers.
 To increase grouping and scheduling

PRINCIPLES
 Size and composition of the group for
team teaching should be appropriate in
terms of learning experiences.
 Time factor.
 Learning climate should be provided.
 Appropriateness of the assigned work.
 The nature and extent of the
supervision of the group’s activities
depend on the purpose of the group.
