provides the following
guidelines:
18-24 months: parents should watch and play
with children if using a screen; Online Video
chat with family is great!
2-5yrs old: one-hour; parents keep
participating; “high-quality programming,” only
(Ex.PBS Kids and Sesame Workshop)
6yrs old+ :balance= 1hr physical activity +
unplugged family time + unstructured play time
+8-12 hours of sleep (depending on age) +
screen time
