i) Operations/ Sales Officer (1 Year, 6 months)
Working from 1/02/2015 as Operations / Sales Officer in Advanced Future Group International. (AFGI), Kuwait,
a General Trading & Contracting Company which provides Services & Support to US Military, Air Force &
their Subsidiaries like KBR, GDLS, BAE,Vectrus, Oil & Gas companies like KOC, JOINT OPERATION,
KNPC, EPC contractors like Shapoorji Pallonji, HOT Engineering, Gulfspic, GS E&C, IMCO, Samsung
Engineering Hyundai etc.
My duties include
Project Coordination- Resourcing & Procurement of material & resources for the project site. Make sure
the delivery is done in time, negotiate with suppliers for better payment terms & coordinate with Finance
Department whether their payments are done in time.
Preparation of BOQ & tendering in support with the Projects Team
Sales & Marketing of HI Force Hydraulic Tools, Oil Technics & Bio Technics in Kuwait & Iraq.
Research for new clients & projects in Kuwait. Building new relationships & finding out their new
requirements.
Adding new agencies to the companies list, in compliance with the results of market study.
Assisting the PR team in registrations in different ministries.
ii) Business Development Supervisor (5 years & 7 months)
Worked from 3/7/2009 till 30/01/2015 as Business Development Supervisor in Houston Energy Services Co.
(HESCO), Kuwait, a General Trading & Contracting Company which provides Services & Support to major Oil
& Gas companies in Kuwait. KOC, KISR, JOINT OPERATION, KNPC, O&G, IMCO, Combined Group,
UPDC etc. were the main supporters of HESCO.
My responsibilities include
Finding new business tie-ups with companies locally, thereby bringing new clients to the company.
Work on the new requirements according to upcoming projects in Oil & Gas industry in Kuwait; coordinate
with the top management in bidding for new tenders.

Worked as Training Officer & Administrative Executive in Primera Communications Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore in
India, from 10/05/2007 to 20/12/2008, reporting directly to the Executive Director.
Primera is a DSA (Direct Selling Associate) partner of Hutch (Now Vodafone) in India, with an annual turnover of
US $ 100 billion. Its corporate office is in Mumbai with branches all over India.
As Training Officer my primary job was to create a conducive work atmosphere for the new recruits and
maintain a proper work culture within the office.
Other responsibilities included recruitment, selection of new talents, motivation of new recruits &
assistance in their growth as well as the growth of the company.
While working with Primera Communications Pvt Ltd, I had to associate with the Marketing Team as Team
Leader - Sales (TL) also.
As Team Leader of the Marketing Team my responsibilities were
To be part of the hired trainees, guide them in building their own teams and thereby help the company in

Poyanil group is a major group in Kerala who are into various business ventures like banking, hospitals etc.
Poyanil Hospital is a 270 bedded hospital with all major departments & specialist doctors.
As a PRO, my duties included
Ensuring that every patient got the right care at the right time.
Maintaining excellent relations with medical practitioners, organizations & institutions, thereby ensuring
profits for my organization.
