 Advising reputed builders, handling their conveyance work, documents for transfer
and surrender of tenancy and other related documents .
 Advising Societies on redevelopment of their property
 Agreement for Sale of Flats , Leave and License and wills and probate.
March 2007 – March2014 : Senior Legal Consultant with Orbit Corporation Ltd
 Led a team of 4 to6 Advocates, accomplished putting systems and processes in place.
 Handled complex deals pertaining to 21 projects in south Mumbai where transaction
values of each transaction varied between 100 to 300 crores.
 Successfully completed two acquisition and subsequent sale thereof to two single
buyers with transaction value of 108 and 800 crores.
 Forged settlement in an Arbitration where transaction had gone sour, saving the
company more than Rupee 100 crores in penalty and concluding the transaction
amicably.
 Successfully concluded several transactions for Investors and preparing
consequential documents .
 Successfully negotiating and concluding transactions for acquiring owners rights in
tenanted properties and handling documents relating to redevelopment.
 Successfully concluded the acquisition of New Era School from its owners and
subsequent transfer to Birla.
 Negotiating and settling litigations with Wadia Trust and acquiring their rights in
certain properties.
 Successfully concluded negotiations and concluded Memorandum of Understanding
along with definitive documents for taking License and franchise for constructing of
a Five Star Hotel.
 Successfully spearheaded and conclude litigation to protect the Intellectual Property
rights of the Company.
 Advising on legal strategies for litigation and Arbitration, attending to Litigation, and
