1. To whom it may concern,
I had the pleasure of overseeing Thomas Moon’s academic progress
as a lecturer within AUT’s School of Communications.
I taught Thomas through two of AUT’s web design papers, in which
he has been a model student. Thomas has demonstrated a steady
increase in understanding and abilities, which has been a pleasure as
to observe. It is clear to see that he puts significant effort into
improving his skills and understanding. This is reflected in his work
which improves significantly each assignment.
He is also an active learner, in that he seeks further information,
clarification and advice on improvement from both myself and peers.
His diligence comes through in his professional approach to his work
ethic, as often he can be spotted in the computer labs not only
consistently, but well before anyone else has arrived.
As a person Thomas is pleasant to deal with. He has a respectful but
open/outgoing demeanour, which I imagine will serve him well in his
professional career. This attribute sees him well liked by his peers. I
am happy to recommend Thomas for both his academic skills and
personal traits. I am sure he will make a good asset to any team.
