Zhang Bowei has worked as an intern in the System Service Department of Shanghai
Baosight Software Co., Ltd from June to August, 2013. During the period of his internship,
Mr. Zhang strictly follows the rule, conscientiously learns what the mentor taught him, and
grasped the key points quickly. Additionally, he usually asked questions to the senior
colleague, when he could not solve by himself. Based on my observation, I found Mr. Zhang
strong responsibility for the assignment, friendly to his colleague and stick to the orders
Skill learning. Mr. Zhang studied hardly in the period of his internship, and he has
shown strong adaptability in new environment and quick learning for new knowledge. He
quickly possessed the CCNA Network Fundamentals, and is familiar with the basics of using
the Linux operating system, and masters the using of other common virtual machine
software, like Virtual box. He tries to apply what he has learnt in the real work and grew up
quickly. He got recognized by other team members.
In the daily work, Mr. Zhang finished all his jobs with high quality and on time.
Besides, I found he is also good at organizing things. Finally, he thinks loud in the teamwork
and take advice from senior colleague.
In conclusion, based on the work he has done, Mr. Zhang has proven that he obeyed
every regulation of company, respected the leaders, bears a strong teamwork spirit and
equipped with innovation. Moreover, he always keeps high curiosity and desires for new
