1. To
whom
it
may
concern,
I
am
writing
to
you
on
behalf
of
Timothy
Asprec.
I
have
had
the
pleasure
of
working
with
Tim
for
the
past
two
and
half
years.
I
have
watched
this
man
completely
transform
from
a
young
adult
nervous
about
teaching,
into
a
confident
young
man
who
is
completely
aware
of
his
strengths.
He
uses
these
strengths
every
day
to
command
a
classroom
full
of
children
and
inspire
them
to
love
reading,
analyzing,
and
writing.
I
can
honestly
say
that
Tim
is
the
hardest
working
individual
that
I
have
ever
met.
During
his
first
year
teaching,
he
struggled
with
management
and
structuring
his
lessons.
While
these
are
extremely
common
struggles
for
a
new
teacher,
his
response
to
these
obstacles
was
not.
Many
first
year
teachers
do
not
yet
have
the
ability
to
be
reflective
and
take
a
look
at
the
part
they
play
in
the
classroom
that
contributes
to
certain
cultures
and
outcomes.
However,
Tim
possessed
this
quality
from
the
start.
In
the
duration
of
his
first
year
his
one
thought
was,
“How
can
I
get
better?”
He
was
relentless
in
his
pursuit
of
seeking
advice
and
feedback
as
to
better
prepare
his
students
for
success
as
well
as
creating
a
culture
of
joy
and
high
expectations
in
his
classroom.
“How
can
I
get
better?”
pretty
much
summarizes
Timothy
Asprec.
It
is
the
modo
in
which
he
lives
by
as
well
as
how
he
orchestrates
himself
professionally.
He
has
devoted
the
past
two
and
a
half
years
to
learning
from
those
around
him
so
he
could
be
the
best
educator
he
could
be
for
his
students.
He
pays
attention
to
detail
and
implements
advice
immediately.
If
a
fellow
colleague
gives
him
advice
or
tells
him
something
he
thinks
is
useful
evidence
of
implementation
is
evident
the
next
day
in
his
classroom.
Fundamentally,
it
is
Tim’s
unparalleled
desire
to
be
successful
and
the
best
at
what
he
does
that
sets
him
apart
from
everyone
else.
This
characteristic
has
made
him
an
observational
teacher
at
North
Miami
Middle
School
as
well
as
an
observational
teacher
for
6th
grade
language
arts
for
Miami-‐Dade
Public
Schools.
In
essence,
Tim
will
be
a
great
asset
for
any
program
that
accepts
him
because
he
will
dedicate
all
his
time
and
energy
in
obtaining
all
the
knowledge
possible
to
learn
the
2. craft
of
business.
His
tireless
endeavor
of
achieving
will
do
nothing
but
benefit
any
program
that
decides
to
accept
him,
which
I
implore
you
to
do.
Sincerely,
Dana
