ANXIETY/FEAR
Helpful story ideas:
You might pick an object to represent what fear/anxiety could look
like.
For example: A story about a jug of water facing stress loosing
water each time it get’s anxious. Everyday events can make us
feel stressed, for example going to a new school, taking a test, or
problems in relationships with friends and family.
When we already feel stressed (high water level) it does not take
much to trigger off the Anxiety Response (overspill).

For example: The anxiety monster is small enough
to sit on it's victims shoulder and whisper things in
their unconscious prompting fearful thoughts and
irrational worries.
