Teresa has been in an office environment for 20 years. Her experience has been varied and
extensive, but always customer service oriented. The practical experience she has gained
in office management has translated well in facilitating the smooth running of the Salt
Lake City office. Her strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and knowledge
of mainstream software and document control procedures enable her to present accurate
and timely reports and project documents. Teresa prioritizes customer service, both to her
fellow STRATA employees and to our partners and clients.
Chevron SLCR Human Resources Facility - Salt Lake City, Utah
Chevron is building a new human resources facility at its Salt Lake City refinery. STRATA is providing construction materials testing
and special inspection services for all earthwork and structural aspects of the project under contract with the project engineer,
Jacobs Engineering. Teresa manages all project documentation including daily field reports, laboratory test results, invoicing,
photo logs, and final reporting, to assure compliance with project requirements.
Salt Lake City Corporation - Salt Lake City, Utah
Under a master services agreement with Salt Lake City Engineering Division, STRATA provided construction materials testing and
special inspection services on multiple, simultaneous projects throughout the city. Teresa coordinated scheduling, reporting and
invoicing with various city project managers to assure responsive, accurate and cost-effective services.
Victory Pipeline - Duchesne County, Utah
Working with the project contractor, WW Clyde, STRATA is providing quality control testing services during construction of this
26-mile, 30-inch diameter, culinary water pipeline. Teresa is providing administrative support through scheduling, invoicing, and
compilation of a weekly report on all aspects of the inspection and testing services, including a photo log.
