This wiring diagram is for GAS/IC machine using start solenoid circuit. The Key-
pad will time out up to a maximum of 99 seconds see next section, immobiliza-
tion system.

Solenoid Starter Circuit No Relay Contacts
+ Relay Coil Grey Wire on Keypad
- Relay Coil Connect to Both Black on Key-
+ Ignition + Connect to Red & Purple on Key-
- Ignition - Connect to BOTH BLACK on Key-

4. Additional Instructions for Programming FTC1 Keypad: Immobilization
System
To Enter Programming Mode:
1. Power up vehicle (green “MODE” light on keypad is on)
2. Press ## twice (keypad light turns red “MODE” light is off)
3. Enter master code (1234) vehicle light turns green the units are pre-
programmed with this number
To Change Master Code:
1. Enter programming mode
2. Press 3 (“MODE” light turns green)
3. Enter new 4 digit master code at this point
4. Keypad will return to normal

5. Additional Instructions for Adjustment of Time Delay for FTC1 Pro-
gramable Keypad Access Control
To Enter Programming Mode:
1. Power up vehicle (green “MODE” light on keypad is on)
2. Press ## twice (keypad light turns red “MODE” light is off)
3. Enter master code (1974) vehicle light turns green
4. Press 6 to enter menu 6 (the “MODE” LED will flash green)
5. Press 00 to energize relay
6. Press desired time delay 1 - 99
For example, in steps 6 and 7 (0015 would mean 15 second delay)

Instructions for Programming FTC1 Programmable Keypad Access
Control
To Enter Programming Mode:
1. Power up vehicle (green “MODE” light on keypad is on)
2. Press ## twice (keypad light turns red “MODE” light is off)
3. Enter master code (1974) vehicle light turns green
To Assign User Codes:
1. Enter programming mode
2. Press 7 on the keypad (vehicle light turns Orange)
3. Press 001 to assign code slot (mode light flashes green)
4. Enter 4 digit user code (ie. 1515 mode light stops flashing - this assigns
1515 to user slot 001)
5. Press # once to go straight to next user slot (ie. 002)
6. Repeat 3,4 & 5 until all required slots are filled
7. Press ## twice to exit programming mode

7. To Delete User Codes:
1. Enter programming mode
2. Press 8 on the keypad (vehicle light turns Red)
3. Enter user slot ID (ie. 001 mode light will flash Red)
4. Enter programming master code to confirm
5. Keypad will return to normal mode
Important Note: Please keep an updated spreadsheet with driver codes and al-
located slot numbers!
