He discussed the agile leader's role in three areas: clearing space through people operations like flexible work hours and slack time; managing systems for self-organization with autonomous teams and visual management; and balancing inner, other, and outer focus for personal presence. Attendees then discussed current practices and future adoption plans based on these concepts.
