Julie Winkle Giulioni is an author, speaker, and consultant who helps organizations demystify what it takes to

About Sarah Strahan
Sarah is a Senior Consultant with Aon’s Assessment Solutions. She has extensive experience consulting in the areas
of personnel selection, leadership development, assessment development and validation, and job analysis. Her work
focuses on the development and implementation of assessments for selection and development purposes. She has
worked with both public and private sector organizations in several industries, including banking and finance,
automotive, telecommunications, retail, chemical, oil & gas, manufacturing, agriculture, restaurant, and others. Sarah
holds a Ph.D. in industrial-organizational psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a B.A. in
psychology from the University of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN. She is a member of the Society for Industrial
Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and has presented numerous research papers at the annual SIOP conference.
