Samantha'sdaily routine consistsof:
His day is divided into two daily routines sessions between 12 and 14 kilometers. For
example, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, she works hard in the gym, while Tuesday and
Thursday is the physical work. This is combined with the TRX work every afternoon.

STRENGTHENING
Exercises with elastic band
This exercise strengthens legs and improves movement to the sides in the bottom
line. She needs an elastic band for this exercise.
Bridge hip
This exercise helps to make sudden increases in speed and perfect for hitting her
services quickly.
Medicine ball exercises
The medicine ball is the main element used in training to strengthen the trunk. This
ball is used in many different exercises.
Advantages of playing tennis
- It has the ability to increase the speed in the activities you do
- Reaction time increases by requiring anticipation, quick response time and
burst into action.
- Increases resistance.
- Improves overall body coordination
- Fine motor control by using specific strokes.
