Identity
■ My name is Taryn Fry and I have worked numerous
manger positions at many different jobs. These
positions have taught me how to be a dedicated
worker, work well with others, be organized, and
motivate a team. The burning question is always,
“What makes you unique?” and the answer is truly
that I don’t like to fit in or follow trends. I have always
done what is outside the “normal”. I am a big travel
buff weather that be traveling for concerts or even
WWE as those are both big hobbies of mine or even
just exploring new places. I love to be passionate and
put my mind to things!

When it comes to work, I approach it differently than other’s because I am known to be
what is called “The Entertainer” as well as “The Girl Next Door”. An Entertainer is known to
lighten up a room and get people to enjoy life to the fullest. The Girl Next-Door can easily

will make sure I have an updated resume as well as
exploring one of the hotels he manages and
meeting some of the staff.

will allow me to further explain me getting my
degree and possible job opportunities.

-For first contact with Lorel I will make sure to have my resume completed and understand what
is needed for the position they are hiring for.

Goals
Short-Term (Immediately after graduation):


My short-term goals for after graduation are to make contacts
with the target audience, I listed previously and making more
connections with those in the industry I would like to work
within. I as well, would like to grow my LinkedIn connections by
10% in the next year.


Mid-Term (5-10 years):


In the next 5-10 years I plan to be employed with a starting out
job in a company that fits into the travel industry. After gradating
and talking to my target audience and making connections
within that industry I will plan to get a job that I can build from
through promotions.


Long-term (15-20 years):


My long-term goal is to be employed by the same company or
get referrals to other companies that allow me to build my way
up to a higher-level job within the travel industry and have a
great connections.

Mentor:
When it comes to having a mentor or someone to coach and help guide me, I
want someone who will let me know my strengths and my weaknesses and
how I can improve. I want someone who will motivate me to be better than I
was before and help me set goals that are attainable. With all of the skills I
listed that I would like to gain more knowledge with I would like a mentor
who understands how to get me there. I would like to start working on these
skills around the time I graduate in December 2023 or the following January.
Some of these skills I will pick up over-time on the job but that doesn’t mean
there is more to be done outside of work to refine them.

Mentor: When it comes to having a mentor or someone to coach and help guide me, I want someone who will let me know my strengths and my weaknesses and how I can improve. I want someone who will motivate me to be better than I was before and help me set goals that are attainable. With all of the skills I listed that I would like to gain more knowledge with I would like a mentor who understands how to get me there. I would like to start working on these skills around the time I graduate in December 2023 or the following January. Some of these skills I will pick up over-time on the job but that doesn’t mean there is more to be done outside of work to refine them.
