• The company should allow the customers to use their points for redemption with

• The store had beauty products like face wash, balms, moisturizer, etc which were
quite expensive (than that of Body Shop and other beauty brands)
• They should provide free samples (beauty products) to the customers based on
some minimum purchase, so that they could know its quality and make an
attempt to purchase
• More offers should be provided to attract the customers other than seasonal
sales, which is only 4 times a year
