Saint Francis Academy provides quality education and perceives learners who participate productively in the world of work, in professional

II. MISSION
Saint FrancisAcademy encompassestotal development of learners through the academic curriculum and innovative programs that instill love and life in
Christ , enhance knowledge , skills and special talents, link and apply theories to practical life experiences . These are transferred through tools and modern
technology used by committed teachers working in collaboration with stakeholders to develop young men and women in the servi ce of God and country.

The need to lessen number of students cutting classes and unreasonable absencesspecially this school year that we are having our face to face classes 1.1. To develop desirable attitude and behavior of students 1.2 To promote and build good study habits and lessen the number of cutting classesand unreasonable absences even during on line classes. 1.3. To instill in the minds of our students the discipline and create awareness and responsible behavior.  Catholic Formation Program  Recollection and Retreat for all the grade level  Community Service  Teaching Religion  Create a high expectation among our students Attendance Record or give Recognition showing participation in the Parish activities September - June

The need to develop students leaders and participate in school governance and activities. 1.1. To develop young leaders and heighten their leadership potentials for themselves and service to others 1.2. To develop self-confidence and experience success attained through unity, cooperation and contribution of the least to the top leaders or accept defeat to strengthen him/her through different challenges.  Hold programs or projects to be led by each Club or Organization  Conduct Leadership Trainings  Intramurals Culminating Activities like Buwan ng Wika, Nutrition Monthsand the like spearheaded by the SSG Have a Clean & Green Projects within the community Encourage the students to join different games during Intramurals September - March 1.3. The need to speak English in designated areas. 1. To develop proficiency and skills in communicating in the English language Speaking in English while walking staying or passing in designated areas Assigned watchers and give an appropriate punishments for those who violates Punishments must be useful for the students 1.4. The need to improve performance level of the students To hound the Academic excellence and increase proficiency level of students. Conduct remedial classes if necessary or have some tutorials for those slow learners to help them cope with the lesson Conduct ones Saturday every month to review the lesson Have an assign teachers or ask the help of students who are top of the class to perform such function after class hours

Teachers training on computer literacy the use of modern techniques such as Powerpoint Presentation and the like Teachers are able to to apply what have been learned 2.2. The need to improve and implement the K to 12 Education To be able to fully implement the K to 12 Curriculum following the set standards and stages in the preparation of teaching and learning plan. Training of teachers on modern techniques. Stages of Planning , teachers as designer for assessor and facilitator Training of teacher conducted with complete attendance III.CURRICULM DEVELOPMENT 3.1. The need to review the curriculum To review , evaluate curriculum as to effectiveness , appropriateness , usefulness towards the accomplishment of the vision and mission. Review and evaluation of curriculum . Organize a committee for the purpose Organized Evaluation Committee Teacher to demonstrate 3.2. The need for qualified teachers To hire qualified teachers to replace those who will resign and retire by the end of the year. To purchase additional resource materials and evaluate the textbooks for learners.
