Jarmany was founded in 2008 by two university friends and has since grown to over 30 employees with £2.4m in turnover and over 30% annual growth. They help customers make better commercial decisions by harnessing, analyzing, and modeling sales and marketing data. Their best hires have come from recommendations, including three critical hires from the University of Bedfordshire early in their growth. While recommendations are their top source, they are not enough to meet recruitment needs, so Jarmany is excited to work on this new project.
