Sub: 3- Day Training Programme to be organized by Com Legal
Associates LLP in collaboration with Kaziranga University
during August 04-06, 2016
Dear Sir,
At the outset we would like to introduce Com Legal Associates LLP as a Limited
Liability Partnership Firm registered under Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008
functioning as full service Law Firm in National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.
We provide quality service to our corporate clients in the arena of Legal, HR,
Training and other allied matters including Legal Compliances. We also organize
Conferences & Learning Programs on Legal Compliances for bringing awareness
amongst employees, etc.
2. Com Legal Associates in collaboration with Kaziranga University has
scheduled a 3-day Training Programme on Management of Outsourcing
Services which is presently an extremely important task in the competitive
environment. A mature industry often challenges the players to seek
opportunities to reduce their operating costs or significantly improve efficiency
and quality of their services. Senior Management, looking for significant
reduction in the cost often look at success stories/international bench-marks
and expect their Procurement/ Supply-Chain Management Team to seriously
consider outsourcing as an alternative.
3. While dealing with outsourcing of services, it is imperative to understand
and appreciate various statutes governing the compliances under these Acts
limiting to not only the terms and conditions of the employment of the
outsourced employees but also other welfare measures required to be provided
by the Employer / Principal Employer. Any violation of such enactments may
call for punitive action under relevant provision. We propose to deliberate upon
various Central and State Acts and Rules on this subject as per the details
given in the annexure.
4. Com Legal Associates had organized various Training Programmes on some
of the interesting subjects extremely relevant to the employees such as
Conduct & Discipline of Employees, Land Record Management in an
Organisation, Gender Sensitivity and Sensitization. etc. Besides, we have

organized Training Programmes on Creation of Will, Legal Compliance under
various State Laws of Maharashtra at Pune and another Training Programme on
Environmental Laws, Employees Provident Find and Misc Provisions Act 1952,
Mines Act, Factories Act, Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, and Rules
framed under these Acts.
5. Faculties for this Progamme will be the professionals and practising
Advocates in the arena of Labour and Industrial Laws having more than three
decades of experience both in Private and Public sector. Sh.S.L.Raina, who
retired as Director (HR) on Board of GAIL (India) Limited, a couple of years
back has guided the designing of the programme and shall be present all
through the conduct thereof.
