S P Pavan Kumar, is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a
Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in HR & Finance, Bachelors Degree in
Commerce and a Diploma in International Trade and Foreign Exchange.
He also has hands on experience in Laws relating to Companies, FEMA, Strategic audits, Listing
regulation and Drafting legal agreements.
He is also a visiting faculty for Company Law in various training institutions.

3. Apart from the above mentioned areas of service he is also passionate in working closely with
budding entrepreneurs, and has registered more than 100 start-up Companies all over India for
them.
He is also an active speaker in various capacity building programs that are conducted for
agripreneurs by NABARD, SFAC, KVKs, SAMITI, Vanavarayar Agriculture University; National
Institute of Agricultural Extension Management; etc.
He is also an empanelled consultant for SFAC, promoted by DAC, Ministry of Agriculture and
Farmer Welfare, Govt. of India.

Designation: Co-Founder & Designated Partner
Nisha Vijay Patil holds a Masters in commerce and is a member of the Institute of Company
Secretary of India (ICSI). She has vast exposure spread over manufacturing and services sectors in
areas of Company Law and Compliances, Listing Regulations, FEMA, drafting of agreements,
taxation matters, cost management and business planning.
She has always sought to apply the knowledge earned in her academic pursuits to cultivate good
and relevant secretarial practices, apply them to profession while constantly striving to learn more.
She is currently pursuing her Cost and Management Accountancy from the Institute of Cost
Accountants of India (ICAI).
She hold three university ranks from the University of Madras, including the first rank in Masters.
She was bestowed with many endowments by Anna Adarsh College for Women (AACW) during
her graduate and post-graduate studies. She is currently a member of the Board of Studies of the
Corporate Secretaryship (CS) Department of AACW and a faculty member of ICSI.
