3. ANNOTATION:
Based on the study of Rizvi, S. et.al. (2014) entitled “Telomere Length Variations
in Aging and Age-Related Diseases” emphasizes that telomeres are gene sequences present
at chromosomal ends and are responsible for maintaining genome integrity. Telomere length
is maximum at birth and decreases progressively with advancing age and thus is considered
as a biomarker of chronological aging. This age associated decrease in the length of telomere
is linked to various ageing associated diseases like diabetes, hypertension, Alzheimer's
disease, cancer etc. and their associated complications. Telomere length is a result of
combined effect of oxidative stress, inflammation and repeated cell replication on it, and thus
forming an association between telomere length and chronological aging and related
diseases. Thus, decrease in telomere length was found to be important in determining both,
the variations in longevity and age-related diseases in an individual. On-going and progressive
research in the field of telomere length dynamics has proved that aging and age-related
diseases apart from having a synergistic effect on telomere length were also found to effect
telomere length independently.

17. ANNOTATION:
Based on the MPS of Pre-test on the third quarter, the learning
competencies which least mastered are naipapaliwanag ang kahalagahan ng paggamit
ng suprasegmental obtained 29.53 and naihahambing ang mga katangian ng
tula/awitingpanudyo, tugmang de- gulong, bugtong at palaisipan attained 32.21. So, I
decided to make a intervention material for the students by this time they were able to
analyse the concepts of this two competencies with the help of worksheets and SLM
provided.

The EduCamp 2022 program was one of the GNHS' contextualized learning
initiatives which aim to improve community connections between educational institutions and
communities. With the help of our school nurse, the teaching staff was separated into three
groups. Each venue has its own technique for keeping parents and students entertained on
the purok. On this project, two programs are used: a reading and a numeracy program. Every
teacher who has been identified as a reading tutee will be evaluated on their comprehension
level. Students who have a history of making independent reading progress may be
advanced.

ANNOTATION:
Think about the presentation you will use to help students grasp the
significance of the activity you have chosen and how it promotes the goals. A lesson
plan helps teachers and students stay on the right path for learning. This learning
material will be able to measure the students' comprehension when worksheets and
exams are given. Remember that prompt feedback not only enhances student learning
but also boosts their self-esteem, which makes them more engaged in your lecture.

As I taught “Yumayapos ang Takipsilim,” I used a Whack-a-Mole game to
motivate the students. This gaming software is created electronically using their cellphone.
Every mole has a term that describes adulthood, thus they must smack any mole that has a
correct word. I employed an inquiry-based teaching philosophy which this method stresses
the role of the learner in the learning process. Students are encouraged to investigate the
topic, ask questions, and exchange ideas rather than having the teacher tell them what they
need to know. Students learn through doing rather than memorizing information and
content. This allows them to expand their understanding via discovery and experience.
24. ANNOTATION:
Feedback may have a good effect by encouraging teachers to concentrate their
future learning and clarifying misconceptions, by encouraging them to assume more
responsibility for their own growth, or by boosting teachers' motivation to succeed. School
administrators should think about ways to maximize teacher professional development to
help them give appropriate feedback and steer clear of methods that add to their burden
without giving students the information they need to perform better.
