 Three things to be done for promotion of posts and to make
them aware of Google crawler that it is the best for its
focus keyword.
 They are :-

 Link building means building a link from one page to
another.
 Now this linking can be internal as well as external that
depends.
 In internal linking page will be linked to the same website
 In external linking pages will be linked to some other
websites.

 When I am using DOFOLLOW I am telling the Google
crawler to go to that website to which I have linked my page.
This makes the Google crawler to jump from our website to the
other website.

 When I am using NOFOLLOW I am restricting the
