Quality Score is Google's rating of the quality and relevance of both your keywords and
PPC ads. It is used to determine your cost per click (CPC) and multiplied by your
maximum bid to determine your ad rank in the ad auction process.
Quality Score Formula:- 1 + Landing Page Experience weight + Ad
Relevance weight + CTR weight
How to Calculate CPM, CPC, CPA, CR, ROI
CPM= Cost Per Mille/Cost Per Thousand
CPM Formula:
CPM = (Total Cost / No. of Impressions) x 1000
CPC – Cost Per Click
CPC Formula:
CPC= Total Cost / Number of Clicks
CPA – Cost Per Action/Acquisition
CPA Formula
CPA = Total Cost / Number of Conversions
CR- Conversion Rate
CR Formula
CR= (Number of positive conversions/ Number of clicks
