 Selected to maintain and ensure 100% uptime of 14 station robotic pick-and-place assembly and blister
packaging production lines for the infant formula products.
 Solely responsible for fabricating 1,000+ machine guards that enhanced safety and reduced injuries.
 Kept following a massive lay-off of 60 maintenance personnel and given complete maintenance responsibility for
all production equipment and machinery within the plant during second shift operations. Trained and mentored
production personnel on troubleshooting techniques, achieving a high-production record and eliminating potential
