 Performsstart-up,shutdown,andbasicparametersadjustmentsasneeded.

 Respondstoemergency,scheduled,situationalequipmentfailuresandshutdownactivities.

 Minimization of equipment failures by use of preventive maintenance, standbys, etc. so that the field
