Was instrumental in pricing out and scheduling both residential and commercial HVAC projects.
The management of equipment and manpower was a daily responsibility. Constant
communication between our customers, suppliers, technicians and installers was a must. Work
experience and mentoring associates with all phases of installation and troubleshooting was my
chief goal to obtain complete customer satisfaction.
PML Engineers- Field Operations Technician 2007-2013
Performed Site Inspections, as well as being the liaison between PML Engineers and all other
parties involved in the completion of cellular products. This involved constant communications
between myself and customers as well as Township officials and the end users. Scope of work
included but was not limited to monitoring Test Holes, Boring, Slump Testing, Rock Coring and
the actual erection of cellular towers most commonly on mono poles and also township owned
water towers, etc.
Greyco Refrigeration HVAC – Service Technician 2003-2007
Performed regular maintenance, repaired and replaced refrigeration, air conditioning and
heating equipment. Completed paperwork for calls, and solved customer service issues in a
light commercial setting. Experience with R22, R404a as well as 408 and 409 units in coolers,
freezers and other units including rooftop split systems and package units.
HHH Lobster Company Commercial Fishing Boat Captain 2001-2007
Operated a Commercial fishing business in accordance with all State and Federal laws.
Responsibilities included daily governmental catch reports, the capture and sale of all legal
seafood, and the upkeep and supervision of the “mates” as well as the commercial fishing
vessel.
2. Dick’s Sporting Goods Store Manager 1999-2001
Responsibilities included all facets of running a 40,000 sq ft “Big Box” retail store. Achieved
daily and monthly sales goals and delivered very high level of Customer service. Other
responsibilities included controlling shrink, P&L vigilance, merchandising as well as maintaining
a staff of over 50 associates
West Marine / E&B Marine Store Manager 1993-1999
My career started here as an order taker in the telemarketing department. Progressed through
several levels of employment including Assistant Buyer, Buyer and Store Management.
