- 2,5 Quintillion per dag, dat is 2,5 miljoen terabytes. Zonde om hier niets mee te doen. Door die enorme groei wordt data meer en meer één van de belangrijkste bouwstenen binnne een organisatie. Data krijgt echter pas echt betekenis na specifieke operaties die gelinkt zijn aan een specifiek doel dat zich vertaald naar het verbeteren van een bepaald business process. De enorme hoeveelheid data komt in verschillende vormen voor, we onderscheiden de gestructureerde data (bv CRM systeem) en ongestructureerde data (reviews, emails, enz.). Aan de hand van Analytics reduceren we de complexiteit van de data door het te verrijken met context en perspectief.
