 Enquiry, Estimation, Tendering and Execution of all MEP maintenance and project
works at commercial, residential and shopping complex buildings.
 Prepare initial drawings for any modification work on the Existing Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing installations with proper specifications.
 Preparing planned preventive maintenance schedule and Check list for all MEP
installation at commercial, residential, shopping complex buildings and 5 star
hotels.
 Achieved cost saving by proper implementation of Preventive Maintenance
activities, Procure and usage of correct materials for particular activity and reduced
the wastage of materials.
 Preparing failure analysis, preventive and breakdown reports for minimizing
downtimes by providing quick turn around response and efficient solution.
 Negotiating with sub-contractors. Preparing Contracts, Materials follow up with
purchase department and Suppliers and site visits and payment follow up with
clients.
