 Inspect the material received on site by contractor.
 Inspect all type of plumbing work installation, welding operation, chilled pipe, ducting
insolation and installation, and chilled water lines.
 Inspect the ducting of AC within buildings for HVAC,FCU, and AHU devices.
 Inspect the testing that performed by contractor for example, Hydro test, gravity test, Air
test , Air smoke test and light test for ducting.
 Make sure that contractor follow the approved drawing in installation and make some
adjustment for drawing.
 Receive mechanical equipment for example, OTIS elevator, FCUs, HVAC and Pumps.
