Currently leading end to end HR Processes for the entire Hazira Unit and
instituting effective HR and OD systems with workable solutions in
partnership with business leaders.
Assistant. Manager HR – Plate Mill Unit
Led end to end HR processes and instituting effective HR & OD systems with
workable solutions in partnership with business leaders. Handling HR functions
of Plate Mill Plant in Hazira Steel Complex with total employee base of 190.

& Induction
 Responsible for ensuring smooth joining and On Boarding of new joinees and
transfers through Next Move (Platform for Talent Movement, internally).
