 A leading provider of substitute staffing services, Source4Teachers handles
evaluation, training, and recruitment responsibilities for a broad range of
school districts. Source4Teachers maintains an active involvement with
several professional education associations, including the Pennsylvania
Association of School Business Officials (PASBO). The organization offers
training and professional development through the PASBO Mentorship
Program.
The Mentorship Program promotes the development of new and veteran
school business professionals through a mutually beneficial model. It pairs
experienced school business professionals with individuals just beginning
their educational careers. Mentors help mentees prepare for increased
responsibility or give guidance that can aid in the transition to a new position
or district.
Mentors and mentees who participate in the program can earn continuing
education units (CEU) toward Professional Registration. A maximum of six
mentorship CEUs may be applied toward an initial or renewed application for
