2. About RVF
β

building and employment training accessible, affordable and effective.
β
Based in Pune, Maharashtra, we work with public as well as private
organizations, central, state and local body governments as well as
universities to join hands for executing projects
β
Our projects are primarily in the areas of education financing. We help
make education accessible to students either by directly financing
expenses or through loan-like instruments
β
We are supported in our endeavor by individual and corporate donors
and by lending organizations such as banks, NBFCs, MFIs etc
β
We are also privileged to receive valuable guidance from luminaries in
the field of education, skill building and human capital management
and we actively continue to seek guidance from more such experts
β
We are currently running multiple projects and are open to forming
short or long term partnerships with like-minded individuals &
organizations

9. The Impact
ACCESS
Students from economically weaker strata not only deserve a
fair chance at employment oriented education but they can
considerably diversify and deepen the pool of talent. In our
labor surplus economy since access to the job market is
critical, we are removing the important barrier of financing for
the deserving & needy students
AFFORDABILITY
Vocational education fee structures are rigid due to capacity
utilization being low. We create batches of students and
negotiate the best rates from training service providers.
Further we leverage our extensive corporate donor
network to source pro-bono trainers & mentors making our
programs among the lowest cost
SUSTAINABILITY
Our goal extends well past philanthropy. We aim to bring
about sustainable change by looking at our sponsorees
not as beneficiaries but as agents of social impact
and change. Today's sponsoree is tomorrow's donor,
mentor, teacher and evangelist thus making our
projects self sustaining.
STANDARDIZATION
By making our training programs standardized, modular and
fungible with qualification packs designed by industry, trade
associations, universities and NSDC we impart easily
recognizable skills leading to improved placement
outcomes and a scaffolding for future upskilling
