1. Reimagined Learning is Three’s pioneering training programme that offers participants the chance to develop their ability to
engage their audience and collaborate with others. Each group has a mixture of individuals from across our business, along
with a number of university students.
Participants receive training that is first put to the test through developing and delivering a workshop that brings our industry to
life for 14-16 year olds, followed by a presentation to our senior leaders on their experience.
Throughout the programme participants are challenged to innovate, adapt and improvise, stepping out of their comfort zone to
achieve success for their Reimagined Learning group and themselves.
A key focus of the experience is developing the participants’ ability to communicate in a straightforward and simple way, with
enthusiasm and confidence.
Participants are also challenged to use their team work and negotiation skills to work together to evolve and improve their
section of the workshop, which they are responsible for delivering to around 80 school students.
