OF KHAJURI COMPANY
SUMMARY:
KHAJURI BISCUITES COMPANY is a business involved in production
and distribution of various biscuites. The company has it's head office and
small production plant in lalitpur, serving it's product all over the kathmandu
valley and some other parts of the country. There is substantial demand of it's
product all over the country because of it's quality assurance. The chief
execuitive and owner of the company is Mr.Bineet, who actively handles
finance supported by Mr.Bikram. Mr.Bimal independently manages
production sector whereas, Mr.Binod manages distribution function. Mr.Bineet
was extremely satisfied with the past performance of the company but he has
the sense of fear of poor performance of the company in the near future
because of change in taste of consumers and the entry of new competitors.
Because of this fear, Mr.Bineet does not want to expand
The business with the believe that the present volume and coverage is
enough for him and believe that the expansion will be difficult to manage
with present management system. But Mr.Bimal and Binod are not agree
with the decision of Mr.Bineet. As Mr.Bimal and Binod are strongly in favour
of business expansion. It is noticed that if Mr.Bineet does not agree with
them, then they will establish their own company and do business as
KHAJURI is doing. Most of the employee of khajuri are also in support of
Mr.Bimal and Binod decision of expansion of business .As the employee feel
they aren't provided required facilities. Because of all these problem the
employee, Mr.Bimal, Mr.Binod and Mr.Bineet are not acting as before in the
company. And the competitors are also trying to capatialize the situation in
their favour.
1) Evaluate the present prospects of khajuri biscuite's company?
= The present prospects of KHAJURI BISCUITE'S COMPANY are as follows:
A) Presently Mr.Bineet handles finance supported by Mr.Bikram.
B) Mr.Bimal independently manages production sector whereas, Mr.Binod
manages distribution function.
C) Mr.Bineet has the sense of fear in the near future about the performance of
the company.
D) Mr.Bineet does not want to expand his business.
E) Mr.Bimal and Binod are not agree with the decision of Mr.Bineet of not
expanding the business.
F) Most of the employee of the company are in the support of Mr.Bimal and
Binod for expanding the business.
2) What are the main reason for the success of the company till
date?
= The main reason for the success of company till date are as follows:
A) THE KHAJURI COMPANY has focused it's attention in quality rather than
quantity. And the customers are mostly attracted to the quality product
rather than quantity product.
B) The company has limited number of competitors which is also one of
the reason for the success of the company.
C) Each function, Production, Finance and Distribution are supported by
separate individuals.
D) Most of the employee of the company are very ambitious, achievement
oriented and hard working.
3) Reccommendate suggestion to grab opportunities of KHAJURI?
= Some of the suggestion to grab the opportunities of KHAJURI are given
below;
A) The competitors company should make close research about KHAJURI
COMPANY about what tool and techniques are used by KHAJURI
COMPANY to satisfy their customers, which made the customers to
choose KHAJURI COMPANY over their company.
B) The competitors company should provide quality product at lower price
compared to KHAJURI COMPANY to attract the customers.
C) The competitors company should make close attention towards the
KHAJURI COMPANY Product regarding how the product are produced,
what materials are used to produce it, which machine are used by them to
produce the product.

prospects?
= I think the MULTI-DIVISIONAL ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE will be
suitable for KHAJURI COMPANY for future prospects. Because, Multi-
divisional organization structure is the type of structure which is specially
used by those organization that involves in various line of product or

suitable for large business organization. As we know, KHAJURI COMPANY
is the large business organization. And the product of KHAJURI COMPANY
has substantial demand throughout the country. And the company is only
able to provide it's product to some parts of the country. So Multi-
divisional organizational structure will be suitable for the company to
supply it's product throughout the country.

employees?
= The steps that the management would initiate to enhance motivation level of
employees are as follows;
A) Financial incentives= Money plays an important role in the motivation. Money
is rewarded for work. Generally man works for money. Financial incentives like
high salary, bonus, pension plan, leave with pay, etc. Are some of the ways to
motivate employee through financial incentives.
B) Participation= Participation refers to the involvement of employee in planning
and decision making. When employee's are participated in decision making
process, the employee feel themselves as an important part of the company. So
it is also one of the way to motivated them .
C) Delegation of authority= Delegation of authority means delegating power and
authority to the employees . When power and authority is delegated to the
employee, the employee feel motivated because authority is only delegated to
those employee to whome the manager find trustworthy, skilled, creative, etc.
6) Suggest proper strategic that would be taken for future prosperity of the
company?
= The strategic that would be taken for the future prosperity of the
company are as follows;
1) Mr.Bineet must agree with Mr.Bimal and Binod for the expansion of
business because it will help them to earn more profit and provide better
wages and salaries to the employees.
2) The khajuri company should not disclose any of it's plan and policies to
the competitors firm.
3) The company should change it's plan and policies according to the
changing taste of the customers.
