- 2. DISASSEMBLING OF A SYSTEM UNIT • Switch off and unplug the computer from power source. • Disconnect all the external connector peripherals. • Discharge yourself before touching any parts of the computer. • Open the case. • Unplug all the internal connectors from the motherboard.
- 3. DISASSEMBLING OF A SYSTEM UNIT • Unscrew the power supply. • Unscrew all the drivers (HDD and DVD ROM). • Remove the CMUS battery. • Remove the memory or RAM. • Remove the CPU fan . • Remove the CPU. • Unscrew the mother board.
- 4. ASSEMBLING OF A SYSTEM UNIT • Install the motherboard to the case and screw • Install the CPU. • Install the CPU fan. • Install the memory or RAM. • Install the CMUS battery. • Install all drivers(HDD and DVD ROM)screw it • Install the power supply and screw it.
- 5. ASSEMBLING OF A SYSTEM UNIT • Connect the power,switches and IDE connectors to the motherboard. • Inspect all conectors,be sure that it is in proper places and tighten. • Install the case cover of the system unit. • Connect the external parts peripherals. • Switch on the computer.
