5. • Laboratory needs renovation: benches need to be
replaced, floor tiles need to be changed, shelves
need to be set up, emergency room need to be
replaced.
• Staff need to be trained regularly on new methods
and new equipment's.
• Shortage in specialist manpower.

6. • GLOSOLAN and NENALAB can give us the
opportunities of training and sharing knowledge
with other labs in other countries which will
enhance and improve our laboratory expertise
especially that we are a research institute and we
pursue lots of studies and researches along the
year.
