discounts. EDSYS1 automatically

SELECTED) based on the Family
Information available in the System
for each Student.

Fee Types are designed in such a
way that it can relate to any particular
Level. If any Fee Type is OFF for
Kinship, Scholarship or Promos then

such discounts, those discounts will
apply on only those Fee Types where
these discounts are ON.

21. SPECIFICATIONS
Promos and Discounts are
designed in a manner that it can
be set to apply on any Student,
any Level or any Fee Type. If any
one of these 3 areas is OFF then
these Discounts will not apply. So
the System matches precisely all
the conditions.

22. SPECIFICATIONS
FEE PAY OPTIONS
These are definitions for any Student for scheduling a
payment over the year i.e monthly, semester-wise,
biannually etc. Due Dates are set under each of these
options once. The fee is scheduled automatically
according to the number of scheduled payments and
due dates.
In this very unique feature, if FEE PAY OPTIONS is set
to be OFF for any FEE TYPE, then the PREDEFINED
FEE PAY OPTIONS SCHEDULE will NOT apply on that
FEE TYPE and Billing will trigger its immediate payment
in ONE GO without scheduling it over the due dates.
