2. The picture is a screenshot of
us editing our trailer in
premiere. Learning how to use
premiere took a lot of time but
I was soon able to get the hang
of it.
3. This picture shows the first thing I
learnt in premiere. The tool option
which is circled is the cut tool. It is
perhaps the most important tool in
premiere as it enabled me to cut all of
the clips down to the right size and
then edit them together.
4. • This picture showed the next most useful
tool in premiere. This is the place we
control all of the effects. We could put in
zoom in’s and outs and we could make
clips black and white – this came in useful
for the flashbacks in our trailer.
• The option shown in red, allows us to
brighten or darken images if the lighting is
a little off and we didn’t realise whilst
filming.
• The option shown in blue is very useful.
This allows us to colour balance the clips if
the white balance in the clip isn’t as good
as it could have been.
5. • Finally, this picture shows all of
the files. When editing, we had to
export the films into premiere and
drag them from here to put onto
our timeline.
