BUSINESS – USERS - SUPPLIERS
Business:
 The Executive role on the Project Board looks after the Business
interests
 Cost Conscious/ Value for Money/ Secures funding
 Project is aligned to Corporate/ Strategic objectives
Users:
 The Senior User role represents user interest on the Project Board
 Users benefit from the delivered products, as they will use the products.
 Users can also operate, maintain or support the projects outputs
Suppliers:
 The Senior Supplier role represents supplier interest on the Project Board
 The Supplier provides the resources and the skills to create the products
 this could be either internal or externa

 To provide unified direction to the project and Project Manager.
 To provide the resources and authorize the funds for the project.
 To provide visible and sustained support for the Project Manager.
 To be accountable for success of the project
 Directing a Project activities
 To act as Project voice to the outside world
 To be accountable for Project Assurance
