1.) To Understand Our Competitors- Dell and HP are our main competition and both companies
already have a social command center. Dell has not only built its own command center, but it is
now helping other businesses build command centers as well. Dell is now being viewed as
experts of this particular field. If we implement this new strategy, we will have the ability to
understand their target market, tap into what consumers are saying about their products and
services and apply the feedback to our own company.
2.) Provide Better Customer Service- We will be able to keep up-to-date with what consumers
