2. Summary
I have developed and sold 14 residential properties
over 6 years (2007-2013) in one of the most
dynamic and competitive property markets in
India.
Three of my projects are presented on the following
slides. All my projects were conceptualized and fully
executed from start to finish by me.

Summary
• This residential building was constructed on a 3750 sqft piece of land
with a built up area of 5650 sqft.
• Construction commenced in March 2010 and was completed in
August 2011. The usual timeline for a similar sized project would have
been 8-12 months however this particular project took longer
because of the aesthetic aspects of the building and traditional
(and more hard to source) building materials used such as hard red
laterite stone and baked terracotta roof tiles.
• This house fuses traditional exteriors with modern and contemporary
interior conveniences like imported aluminium windows from Italy,
German bath fittings and energy efficiency by natural and power-
free heat management, solar heating and LED lighting across the
house.

Summary
• This residential building was constructed on a 1650 sqft piece of land
and the built up area is 2000 sqft.
• Construction commenced in May 2011 and was completed and
handed over to the customer in March 2012.

Summary
• My very first project, these two semi-detached houses were
constructed on 600 sqft of land (1200 sqft for both) with 1800 sqft
built-up area for each house.
• A challenging project as each house had to incorporate two car
parks and three well sized bedrooms (two ensuite), living, dining, an
open plan kitchen and foyer in the limited space available.
• Construction commenced in August 2007 and was completed in
July 2008 and sold in August 2008.
