o Successful Credit Valuation Adjustment (2014) and Funding Valuation Adjustment (2015)
implementation for the Paris-based parent entity. Involved the specifications and set up
of required system parameters for the new activities, development of a test strategy and
UAT before production release. Scope of implementation was widened to include other
entities (London, Shanghai, Seoul) and other assets (Equity, Commodities).
o Planning and implementation of a major enhancement to the TriOptima process for the
Credit business, involving the integration of a tactical VBA macro solution into the main in-
house IT system (Xone - multi asset Front to Back system).
o Developing new opportunities for trade compression with internal (clearing team) and
external stakeholders (TriOptima, LCH).
• Led the recruitment, training, and set up of new XVA trade support for Société Générale in 2014.
Consisted the creation and roll-out of new processes and tools to monitor XVA-related business
activity, performance and risk indicators (KPIs, KRIs), new standardised Operating Procedures that
are now used by the global XVA team, a "Skills matrix" to measure and monitor staff development,
a daily activity dashboard, a task check list and tracker and a governance framework specific to
XVA.
Key Responsibilities
• Management of functional and technical issues through strong engagement with XVA Front Office
and valuation teams - Internal CVA and FVA fee management.
• Training and providing full support to global business Sales teams, Traders, Operation teams and
Valuation teams (new workflows, new tools to monitor CVA and FVA).
• Hedge trade monitoring (novation, affirmation process, portfolio re-mapping).
• Performing various trade compression cycles. This involved working closely with IT, internal
clearing team and external stakeholders (E.g. LCH, TriOptima, Markit) to ensure timely and
accurate trade compression cycles: TriOptima Rates (LCH and non LCH) and Credit, TriOptima On
Demand (Credit), LCH solo compression, bilateral compression.
• Key support contact for projects covering the streamlining of compression cycles for Credit and
Rates and other compression-related opportunities (Cross Currency Swap & Forex, or Solo
compression)
ANALYST, EXOTIC CREDIT DERIVATIVES TRADE SUPPORT (Nov 2010 – Nov 2013)
Key Achievements
• Provided critical Exotic Credit Derivative expertise and sustainable technical solutions to the IT
team in the planning and execution of an IT enhancement to an existing product booking tool.
• Developed, streamlined and implemented a new “lessons learned” process, with standardised
procedures that involve mandatory post mortems to be conducted on Exotic Credit Derivative
trading incidents to promote continuous process improvement and effective inter-team
communication.
• Defined and implemented the new operational and process that was part of a securities issuance
(CDO) for the Paris entity, working closely with the Business, Front Office (FO) and IT.
Key Responsibilities
• Product lifecycle management involving booking of trades, analysis and operations risk
management across a portfolio of products consisting CDSs, FTDs, CDOs, bespoke CDOs, recovery
swaps, defaultable CCSs, credit warrants, bonds, vanilla and cross currency swaps, FX spot, loans
and deposits.
• Process SME for the new CDO issuance that was based on internally-owned loans, working closely
with IT to design the trade booking template for the new IT system. New processes including the
creation of default curve basket and replenishment process, and the Validation process of the
initial PnL with FO.
• Active management of break resolutions and internal trade reconciliations (back to back,
Intercompany trade).
• Management of the mark curve spread in the in-house IT system, providing daily valuations to FO
on trades booked on the previous day, and checking broker confirmations and trades that are
subject to mandatory clearing (DFA, EMIR).
• Management of Credit Events from the start to the end.
• Provide full support to the trading, sales and structuring desks such as arranging for trade
transfers and sales credit bookings.
• Work closely with IT on a daily basis to ensure system defects are detected, reported and fixed in
a timely manner for continuity of business.
ANALYST, SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLE (SPV) TEAM, MIDDLE OFFICE (Sep 2009 – Sep 2010)
Key Achievements
• Successfully developed and implemented a new VBA programme resulting in significant process
improvements that cut the time spent to check the matching between Trustee coupon
calculations and the internal booking from four working days down to one.
• Managed Credit Events for issuance notes from a SPV-perspective, including the long term process
of a Credit Event on CDS on ABS (losses provisioning, collateral posting).

supporting current state process mapping to meet new ISO standard requirements.
• Initiated improvements in efficiency of process, with regards to the turn-around time for after-sale
service that is provided by Liebherr Aerospace to its aircraft manufacturers and end-users
(airlines). This involved analysis and documentation of the current state process, facilitate

• Review, analyse and map the end-to-end aerospace current state processes based on existing
internal procedural and regulatory documentation, in conjunction with walk-throughs and one to
one interviews with Aerospace engineers.
• Liaise with Lieberr Aerospace peers and external third party CRM tool providers (Salesforce,
Microsoft) to benchmark Liebherr Aerospace operations against its competitors, and to
understand the CRM tools and their “nice to have” features on offer.
• Schedule and chair internal meetings with the Head of Customer Service, the Head of Primary
sales, and the Head of IT to discuss, brainstorm, define and document an efficient and cost
effective CRM solution that is fit for purpose.
• Complete a “Needs” analysis with a complete set of technical specifications for an enhanced
Customer Relationship Management tool.
