3. Harpers House,
Leatherhead
• Completed in 2017, the three-storey
airspace development utilized a
bespoke structural solution to retain
the framework of the existing car park.
The entire façade of the car park was
remodeled with new brickwork,
seamlessly blending into the airspace
development on top, and ensuring the
appearance of an entire purpose-built
property with associated amenities.
4. Harpers House, Leatherhead
• During the 14-month build,
improvements were made to the
public realm including
enhancements to the car park,
lighting and new external
landscaping. All homes were sold
within four months of completion.
5. Wilmot Penthouse, Camden
• The penthouse property
was built above an existing
1970s building, which was
transformed and
refurbished with a newly
renovated external facade
and common area,
increasing the overall
value of the building.
6. Wilmot Penthouse, Camden
• The property featured a large open
plan kitchen, living and dining area with
an extensive flow of natural light
through floor-to-ceiling glass and the
use of multiple skylights. The kitchen
was finished to a high standard
including integrated appliances and
built-in wine cooler, while the master
bedroom includes a generous en-suite
with walk-in wardrobe.
7. Sylvan Court,
South Hampstead
• Located on the fourth floor and
developed in the building’s rooftop
airspace, the luxurious penthouse is
finished to a high standard throughout.
It spans over 1,100 sq ft of internal
space, and a composite wrap around
terrace with glass balustrading,
spanning the entire frontage of the
apartment.
• An open plan kitchen, living and dining
area forms the heart of the home,
framed by floor-to-ceiling glass and
oak wood floors, with direct access to
the terrace that provides a unique
inside-out living experience.
8. Sylvan Court, South
Hampstead
• The project was a partnership
approach, with the enfranchised
leasehold company, which
benefitted from substantial
upgrading of the building fabric,
communal hallway, and included
installation of a new lift.
9. Antony & Roderick,
Bermondsey
• The development creates 30 new affordable rent homes through an
innovative design approach to two adjacent flat blocks. This includes a
new two storey extension across both buildings, , the formation of new
‘bookends’ at either side of the existing buildings and a new central core.
The core will connect the two buildings and feature a new lift, stairwell and
communal entrance.
10. Antony & Roderick,
Bermondsey
• The construction of the new homes blends
innovative modular homes built off site, and
lightweight steel frame homes constructed at
the ‘bookend'. Forecourt.
• Planning permission was granted for the
development in November 2020, and we
look forward to completion in Spring 2023.

Tooting
• Each property include high
levels of natural light,
synonymous with all Apex
developments.
• The two larger properties will
feature two bathrooms and
include wrap-around terraces,
offering a unique inside-out
living experience. Boasting a
high-specification throughout,
the development benefitted
from a new lift and an
upgraded communal stairwell
facility for existing residents.

• The development is located just
moments from Tooting Broadway
station in Zone 3, offering
excellent transport links on the
Northern Line, with nearby
Clapham Common just 8 minutes
away, and London Bridge and
Waterloo just 20 minutes and 18
minutes respectively.
