3. About :
The principle Architect Amruta Govardhan Pathak completed her B.Arch in the
year 2008-09 from Pune University.
In the year 2008-09 she has worked with Niteen Parulekar and Associates on IT
buildings and interiors.
In the year 2009-11 she has worked with Prashant Deshmukh & Associates on
PEB structures, Factories, commercial buildings & interiors, Residential interiors
& bunglows.
Year 2012 she founded this company. Our company did projects in association
with PDA as well.

10. The site had a very challenging shape the building as well is made in triangular shape so as to
consume the complete available built up area.
The challenge was to make spacious interiors in the triangle shaped three floor building with
600sq.ft area per floor. With the space constraint in Mumbai we took advantage of all corners
to utilize it to the fullest.
