varied spectrum ranging from construction, property development, wave energy, through to mobile app development. His focus now is
on development. Growing up in North Nottinghamshire and working all over the UK in the construction industry he has a given him the
opportunity to meet many people in the business. This has developed his interpersonal skills and ability to engage with people of all
types along with becoming a keen negotiator not to mention a wealth of knowledge in the planning, building and construction
industry. Recently living in Edinburgh for 5 years working as MD for part of the Colorado Group and now moved to London and is

14. Detached House in Lincolnshire
Bought in 2003 as a family home, originally an agricultural nursery, the house was a five bedroom property with a double
garage attached. David Hunt then designed and built the converted version as seen below. Producing a stunning 7
bedroom 4 bathroom house with annex, orangery and planning for a substantial leisure complex. The property is now sold
STC with an uplift in value of £255k after costs, plus the retension of a 1.26 acre brownfield site which will very likely get
planning for two new houses along with the existing office and workshop.

• Purchased at the same time as Nursery House, a title split
was carried out before completion creating two land
