Project Title I: National Oil Well Varco(NOV) 9.1 implementation (KPIT
Technologies)
Period: January 2015 – Till now
Responsibilities
- Analysing Business Requirements, Designing BSSVs and other JDE objects to suit
our business needs.
- Worked extensively on Sales Order MBFs, Purchase Order MBFs, Inventory MBFs
to use it in different scenarios.
- Managed the Offshore Integration team.
- Responsible for co-ordinating with the onshore development team
- Creation of Design Documents and Coding.
Project Details
NOV has different branch plants and their business differs from business unit to
business unit. So we collect requirements and customize to fit their business. We
have made modifications in S&D, Manufacturing, Inventory modules. We also have
made a Self Service portal for Suppliers. Suppliers could track the purchase order
and delivery details in real time. The benefit of this portal is there is no user licence
limit and we achieve it with the help of bssvs.

National Oilwell Varco (NOV) is an American multinational corporation based in
Greater Sharpstown, Houston, Texas. It is a leading worldwide provider of equipment
and components used in oil and gas drilling and production operations, oilfield
services, and supply chain integration services to the upstream oil and gas industry.
The company conducts operations in more than 1,200 locations across six
continents.. They were using JD Edwards one world (XE) for a very long time. They
had decided to upgrade to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.1 to effectively use the new
features of 9.1 thereby optimizing the business requirements.

Project Title III: Symphony Quote to Order Process (Trelleborg Sealing
Solutions)
Period: June 13 – September 2013
Responsibilities
- BRD, Designing BSSVs and other JDE objects to suit our business needs.
- Primarily responsible for developing BSSVs
- Mentoring junior resources.
Project Details
Trelleborg has around 22 ERPs used across different manufacturing and
marketing sites across the world. Symphony is an initiative taken by the Trelleborg
management to unify the processes of all the business front end.

Project Details
The main goal of this project was to amend the batch applications and processes
to calculate CVD and its components. Existing applications were modified to include
CVD in their layout.
Project Title V: Point Of Service Taxation India (Oracle India Pvt Ltd)

Project Details
The main goal of this project was to define the process at which the Service Tax
was calculated for India. Until now the Service Tax was calculated with respect to the
payment date and this functionality is altered and started Service Tax calculation
based on the invoice date. Couple of new batch applications were introduced to
calculate the service tax for procurement and Sales side.

Project Details
This was a research project which involved a challenging task of understanding
the Brazilian govt. requirements for XML transmission. It also involved feasibility
study of implementation using BSSV & JDeveloper and utilizing the web services
provided by Brazilian govt.
