The weekly technical review meeting covered the following: 1) The RAN team provided updates on LTE training conducted and new hires in leadership positions. 2) Network capacity and utilization trends were presented showing projected vs utilized capacity at the site and sector levels. 3) Data was presented on hours per user per day, throughput ratios, and percentages of users with data rates below 200kbps by city. 4) Issues were reported such as degraded sectors in the north and central regions due to heavy rain, spare part shortages, and a request for a dedicated vehicle for field activities.
